Blog - Messy Assemblages
One free resource I offer is the blog where I share my thoughts and feelings, the personal and political side of it. Some of the poems are also published in the Climate Courage Journal. Some of the longer essays are resuscitated papers for my graduate degree of Environmental Humanities. I hope you can find solace and insight. If you have any critique or questions, I am excited to hear from you.
Yoga, Pranayama, and Meditation
Yoga has gifted me with so much clarity, strength, surrender, and humility, a gift I would like to pass on. I have trained to become a yoga teacher with my dear friend and senior teacher, Raghu, from Kerala. I received my certificate of the 200 YTT from the government of India. I am humbled to learn from a teacher who is deeply immersed in yogic wisdom. I am excited to pass on a tiny bit of lineage.
I teach online yoga in June and July 2026. All levels welcome!
Mondays from 8am to 9am CET
Tuesdays from 7am to 8am CET
Sunday from 8pm to 9pm CET
After a free trial lesson, I kindly ask for a contribution of 5 to 10 euros per class. If you are interested or have any questions or queries, please contact me through the contact form.
Grief Counselling
I offer 1:1 grief counselling support. I would feel honoured if you trust me to be a listening ear and a (virtual) shoulder to cry on and a knowledgeable friend. Next to counselling you with the bereavement of losing a loved one, I am also providing guidance for grief that is disenfranchised, like mourning pregnancy loss (miscarriages and abortions), divorce, solastalgia, the loss of future plans and ideas, etc…
I followed a 2-year course to become a grief counsellor with Chris Paul, a pioneer in German grief counselling. Originally, I signed up (20 y/o as the youngest participant) to find ways to cope with my own environmental grief, but soon learned how tightly connected personal and environmental loss are. This training provided me with a solid theoretical understanding of grief, hands-on psychoeducation tools, body-based techniques and creative rituals.
If you are interested in this offer, please do reach out to schedule a free discovery call. In this call, we will get to know each other and, if requested, make individual arrangements for our sessions. The counselling can either happen online or in Munich.
The prices for 60-minute counselling are on a sliding scale between 45 and 80 euros.
Turning Circle Workshop Series
In February 2021, after coming across Joanna Macy’s Great Turning, I walked alongside the Dutch beach. I had gotten away for the weekend after a long time of being quite sick with covid-19 and an intense breakup. I remember the intense moments of loneliness and grief, pierced with the joy of hearing the sharp cries of seagulls over the calming rhythm of waves. In my hyperfocus on the sea, I was walking for kilometers until I stumbled and finally sat down in the dunes. Ineffably, a clear sense of a spiral that featured seven distinct layers formed in my mind alongside the words Turning Circles. The moment has been pivotal in my life, making me trust a larger intelligence beyond myself. This workshop series is developed based on my beach epiphany. This is what it entails.
We will gather online four times over the course of a month and journey through the following pillars together. The Turning Circles are a spiral process of inner (and outer) development that can be repeated to dive deeper into each dimension. In these four gatherings, we will rely on creativity, sharing circles, introspection, and many other tools.
Gathering: Getting to know each other and preparing for the journey ahead.
Gathering: Facing our predicament and holding space for our emotions
Gathering: Surrendering control and feeling carried. Opening to connectedness and oneness with the Earth around us.
Gathering: Leaning into humility and gratitude to ground ourselves in loving action.

What is the whole procedure?
If you are interested in participating, please message me through the contact form below. I will then reach out to you once a new round has started. We will have a short in-take conversation to get to know each other and align expectations. All gatherings will take place online via Zoom and will take an estimated 90 minutes. In between the sessions, I offer small tasks that help to deepen the process. In every session, there will be a care person who is a trained therapist helping us to hold a grounding space.
Who can join the Turning Circles?
Anyone is welcome to join! I believe that there is a much-needed opportunity for transformation hidden in group work. However, do check in with yourself if you have the capacity and willingness to dive into your eco-emotions at this moment. Let’s also emphasize that the Turning Circles are spaces of respect and mutual listening and cannot tolerate any racist, sexist, or otherwise harmful behavior. That being said, we are keen to create an open, welcoming, trusting space for everyone!
What does it cost?
The Turning Circles are on a give-what-you-can basis. The sliding scale employed is between 70 and 140 euros for a total of four sessions. To break down barriers, we offer free participation for anyone faced with systemic oppression, especially activists from the Global South, as current measures to support eco-emotions are still heavily skewed to benefit people in global minority countries.
